Tickets & Venue Policies
2024-2025 Updated Ticket Policy
We have updated our ticket policies this season to provide peace of mind as you purchase tickets:
- Free exchanges or refunds in the event a patron has been diagnosed with, tested positive for, or exhibited symptoms of COVID-19; or has been in close proximity to any individual who has been diagnosed with, tested positive for, or exhibited symptoms of COVID-19.
- Subscribers have access to free ticket exchanges until curtain and unlimited guest tickets.
- Single ticket buyers have access to no-fee ticket exchanges until 24 hours prior to curtain. (A $5 exchange fee applies after that point.)
Together with our colleagues in the Off-Broadway community and in conversation with our audiences, we are committed to the goal of ensuring the health and safety of our staff members, artists, and audiences.
TFANA is committed to accommodating changing circumstances and needs, and we may reassess these policies as the season continues. If you are uncomfortable with any changes in policy that we make before your performance, we will offer exchanges or refunds for your tickets.
Contact the Box Office at [email protected] or 646-553-3880 with any questions. Box Office hours are Monday-Saturday, 1PM-7PM.
Our Policies
Health and Safety Protocols
Face masks for audiences are encouraged, but not required.
Beverages may be brought into the Mainstage in sealed and spill-proof containers.
Food is not permitted inside the Mainstage for any performance.
By entering the premises, you affirm that you are not experiencing symptoms such as fever, chills, shortness of breath, cough, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting. You also affirm that you have not received a positive COVID-19 test within the past ten days.
If you are experiencing symptoms, please contact us at [email protected].
For the safety of our artists and crew, no backstage visits or meet-and-greets will be permitted. If you wish to greet members of the cast, please meet them outside following the performance. All TFANA artists, vendors, and staff are subject to a mandatory vaccination policy.
Improvements at Polonsky Shakespeare Center
Indoor air quality and filtering has been enhanced by installation of an iWave ionization system throughout the facility.
We have enhanced our cleaning procedures, with sanitizing of all high-touch surfaces in the lobby and restrooms before and during each performance. Armrests and guardrails within the Mainstage are sanitized between performances. Assistive listening devices are sanitized before and after each use.
Our Front of House staff will scan tickets for contactless admission.
Late Seating
Late seating is done at the discretion of House Management. If you arrive late, we will seat you at the earliest opportunity. Please keep in mind, however, that we must wait until an appropriate moment in the show to seat latecomers to avoid disrupting the performance. To minimize disruption during late seating, you may be directed to take a seat other than your ticketed location.
Thank you for helping us to preserve the wonderfully intimate setting that our venue provides.
Photography & Video
The use of cameras, audio recording devices, and video recording devices of any kind during a performance is strictly prohibited.
