How Your Subscription Works

• Once you have purchased a subscription, you’ll be contacted throughout the season to book your subscription tickets into the productions. We have a flexible theatre configuration, so the stage configuration and seating can change for every production, thus we book on a per-show basis and only put tickets on sale after finalizing the seating chart.
• Subscriber Priority Booking begins approximately 6-8 weeks prior to the start of each production – you’ll be contacted via email to choose your date and seat(s), so please ensure our emails don’t go to your spam folder. Subscribers will have approximately 2 weeks of priority booking before tickets go on sale to the public.
• While booking their tickets, subscribers are welcome to purchase additional $60 discounted guest tickets and/or $20 New Deal (for 30 and under or full-time student) tickets by adding them to their cart during the seat selection process, and they will be automatically discounted in your checkout cart.
• No additional tickets are withheld for subscribers, but please contact us if you encounter a sold-out show that is your preference – we often have availability open up due to changes or cancellations!

All season subscription packages include a $10 convenience fee. This fee covers all transactions associated with the subscription during the 2024-2025 season.

These tickets must be used in the 2024/2025 Season and are not transferrable to future seasons.
