The winners of the 66th Obie Awards, covering the 2020-2022 seasons, were announced on February 24, 2023. Three artists were honored for their work on Theatre for a New Audience’s production of Alice Childress’s Wedding Band: Awoye Timpo for Direction, Brittany Bradford for Performance, and Qween Jean, who received a Special Citation for costume design. Winners will be celebrated at a ceremony on February 27 at Terminal 5.
