For the third year in a row, the Theatre’s Education Director, Joe Giardina, co-chaired the annual Face to Face Conference. This year’s conference, held in October at New York University and attended by more than 500 metropolitan area arts educators, addressed current issues faced by arts education organizations in the New York area. As co-chair, Joe is responsible for choosing the conference theme, determining workshops and keynote speakers, and evaluating the impact of the sessions.
